IFMS Cloud
About the Service Overview
IFMS Cloud (IIJ Firewall Management Service Cloud) is an outsource-type firewall service that provides virtual firewalls for overseas locations whereby IIJ Group's security engineers provide full support for configuration changes, version upgrades, incident response, and more. We leverage years of experience and knowledge in firewall operations that were cultivated in Japan to offer operational services to overseas locations. We respond to customer inquiries in Japanese and English.
Service Features
Fully Managed Virtual Firewalls Available Globally (*)
Leveraging over 30 years of operational experience and knowledge cultivated in Japan, we manage virtual firewalls deployed overseas on your behalf. By performing deployment and configuration based on your security policies, we enable continuous business operations with the optimal configuration at all times.
* Currently available in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Availability will be expanded to additional countries and regions over time.
Proactive Notifications and Response to Incidents and Anomalies
We continuously monitor the operational status of firewalls at your overseas locations, 24/7/365. Our proprietary anomaly detection system also notifies you whenever abnormal network traffic is detected.
Seamless Connectivity to Domestic WANs
Private Backbone enables seamless connectivity from your overseas locations to WANs in Japan.
* The PBB Connection Option and Private Backbone require separate subscriptions.
Bilingual Support from Global Engineers
The IIJ Global Support Center provides customer support in both English and Japanese. Therefore, representatives from overseas locations can also contact us with peace of mind.
